Delivery information

We deliver pharmaceutical products to customers across the UK and most countries in Europe. All orders are delivered in discreet packaging. The packaging has no branding and is unmarked to maintain customer privacy.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the exact location or the customer's address. Deliveries to locations in the UK take between 2 and 4 business days. Deliveries to countries in greater Europe take between 5 and 10 business days. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Is there a cost for delivery?

To see the cost of delivery, simply add the medication to your online shopping cart. The cost will be displayed on the checkout page before completing your order.

Some countries have import controls which may restrict certain orders or lead to additional fees. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for additional import fees. Please contact our customer support department to find out more about the effect of import duties and taxes.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?

The date of delivery may vary due to due various reasons beyond our control. These reasons may include certain courier delivery practices, problems with the postal service and late deliveries from suppliers. We may be experiencing high volumes of orders which can result in late deliveries for some orders. We will contact you by email or phone if there is an exceptional delay with your order.

Please ensure that the correct details such as contact number and postal address are submitted when placing an order.

What should I do if my order has not arrived after a reasonably long period of time?

An order is considered lost if it has not arrived at the customer's address within 4 weeks of placing the order. Please contact our customer support department if your order has not arrived within 28 days. An investigation will be conducted, and customers will be issued with a refund or replacement if the case is confirmed.
